No. Anchored Hope Counselling welcomes people from all backgrounds. Faith-based counselling is available for those who want it, but your beliefs and preferences are always respected.

Sessions are conducted securely online, allowing you to attend from the privacy of your own space. All you need is a quiet environment, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera.

Individual online sessions are $110, and sessions for two people attending together are $170. Concession rates may be available in certain circumstances—please feel free to enquire.

Sessions are booked online. Payment is processed securely after your session. You’ll receive an invoice for your records.

Most sessions run for around 50 minutes. Some people attend weekly, others fortnightly or as needed. This can be discussed and adjusted together over time.

That’s completely normal. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan. Counselling is a space to slow things down, reflect, and work things through at your own pace.
